Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all transport services provided by Super Attock Transport LLC ("we", "us", "our") to business customers ("you", "the customer") in the United Arab Emirates.

By requesting a quotation, confirming a booking or handing over goods for transport, you agree to these terms. Any separate written agreement signed by both parties takes priority where it differs from these terms.

Quotations are based on the information you provide, including cargo type, weight, dimensions, pickup and delivery locations, date and site access. Quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

If the actual cargo, route or site conditions differ from the information provided, we may revise the price or decline the movement.

A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing, by email or WhatsApp.

You are responsible for describing the goods accurately, packing and securing them suitably for road transport, and providing any documents, permits or approvals required for the movement.

You must arrange safe access at the collection and delivery points, and suitable loading and unloading equipment and staff unless we have agreed to provide them.

We do not transport illegal goods, or dangerous, hazardous, perishable or high-value goods, unless agreed in writing in advance and all legal requirements are met.

You are responsible for any cost, fine or damage caused by goods that were not declared correctly.

Collection and delivery times are estimates. We plan every movement carefully, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, authority inspections or other events outside our control.

Goods are treated as delivered once they are handed over at the agreed delivery address and the delivery note is signed or confirmed.

Waiting time beyond the free period included in the quotation may be charged at our standard hourly rate.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled collection, or after the vehicle has been dispatched, may be charged in full or in part.

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.

Payment is due as stated on the invoice. Account customers are subject to the credit terms agreed in writing. We may hold further services while payments are overdue.

Any visible damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery. Written claims must be sent to us within 7 days of delivery, with supporting photos and documents.

Our liability for loss of or damage to goods is limited to the amount stated in the quotation or agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business.

Unless agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for insuring the goods for their full value while in transit. Cargo insurance can be arranged on request at an additional cost.

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, government actions, accidents, strikes or public emergencies.

We use the contact and shipment information you provide only to prepare quotations, carry out transport services, issue invoices and communicate with you. We do not sell your information to third parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of booking applies to that booking.
